Short version (Hinglish): Aap apna saamaan Edwa Fresh Mart ko supply karte hain. Listing fee ₹0. Jitna saamaan Edwa Hub pe pahuncha aur sahi nikla, uska paisa har hafte UPI/bank me. Customer ka number aapko nahi milega aur aapka naam customer ko nahi dikhega.
1. Parties
This agreement is between Edwa Fresh Mart (“Edwa”) and the registered supplier (“Supplier”) who accepts it in the Edwa vendor portal or in writing.
2. Offers
- The Supplier lists, for Edwa products, a cost price (what Edwa pays), stock and minimum quantity, and keeps them current.
- An offer stays valid until the Supplier changes or disables it.
- Edwa sets the customer price independently. No product may be supplied or sold above its printed MRP.
3. Purchase requests and supply
Edwa sends a purchase list by WhatsApp or the portal. The Supplier replies YES or NO by the stated time and brings accepted goods to Edwa Hub.
4. Quality
Goods must be genuine, sealed, correctly labelled with MRP, lawfully sold (including FSSAI requirements where they apply), and have reasonable shelf life left — at least 30 days for packaged goods unless agreed. Edwa may reject goods that fail these checks; the Supplier takes them back.
5. Payment
Edwa pays for goods received and accepted, weekly, by UPI or bank transfer, less any commission agreed in writing (0% during the pilot). Both parties can see the running statement in the portal.
6. Confidentiality
Edwa does not share customer contact details with the Supplier. The Supplier will not use any information obtained through Edwa to approach Edwa customers. Edwa keeps the Supplier’s identity and prices confidential.
7. Fees, taxes, term
No listing fee during the pilot. Each party is responsible for its own taxes; GST-registered suppliers issue GST invoices. Either party may end this agreement with 7 days’ notice; dues are settled after that.
