Short version (Hinglish): Pickup ke waqt saamaan check kar lijiye. Galat, toota, leak ya expiry wala item hai to wahi badal denge ya paisa wapas. Ghar jaake mile to 24 ghante me WhatsApp pe photo bhejiye.
1. Check at pickup
Please check your items at Edwa Hub (309, Garh Ke Pass, Village Edwa, Tehsil Degana, District Nagaur, Rajasthan 341503, India, 08:00-20:00 (roz)) before paying. Because you pay at pickup, you only pay for what you accept.
2. What we replace or refund
- Wrong item, missing item, damaged or leaking pack.
- Expired product, or product past its best-before date.
- Packaged goods: report within 24 hours of pickup on WhatsApp +91 97729 45055 with a photo.
- Fresh and perishable items (milk, curd, bread, eggs, vegetables): report at pickup or the same day.
3. What we cannot take back
Opened or used packs, unless the product was defective. Items damaged after pickup.
4. How refunds are paid
A replacement at the hub, or a refund in cash at the hub or by UPI within 3 working days of approval.
5. Cancelling an order
You can cancel any time before pickup by messaging +91 97729 45055. There is no charge because payment is at pickup. Orders not collected within 24 hours of our Ready message may be cancelled.
6. Prices
You pay the price shown when you placed the order plus the hub handling fee shown at checkout. We never charge more than the MRP printed on the pack.
